I can only recommend High-Tack adhesive by Permatex for case halves. It's sort of like contact cement in consistency; you apply to both surfaces, let it set up for a few minutes, then bring it all together. It stays pliable permanently. Any excess squeezed out of the seams is easily cleaned off with a solvent or just by rubbing with your fingers. I (and many other engine builders) have used it for decades.

I'm not familiar with Right Stuff.
