BBQ tanks use a single-stage regulator, pressure could be most anything as big burners aren't so critical.

As well as I can remember though, that flame looks about right as it is -- unfortunately I didn't take pictures. What's the pressure?

Is the burner tube lined up correctly under the flue? If it's too far outboard that would explain why the piezo electrode is lit up. BTW is it really that bright, or is your camera emphasizing the IR?
