Hi Michael,

That particular site has been offline for five years now.

The material posted was too good to let get away, has since been
retrieved from archive.org and posted to a new server. It has been
mirrored at http://www.shagadelic.org/VW/info/gmbulley-soundproof/

One word of caution... I have heard it said that the Bulley-hewitt bus
eventually found a new owner, and when they took a closer look at it
they found that it had acquired a LOT of rust. Some of the procedures in
the sound and heat pages may have contributed to this.
