If that big U shape arm is rusted in its swiveling place and can not move, you can have some problems. Yes, there is a strong spring there to move it but the rusting can be stronger. If that's the case, you need to be freeing it with a lot of moving back and forth, WD40, oil until the rust is flowing out of its place and the arm is free. That arm with its spring is shutting the door in the back. Now, if I explained it unnecessarily, that's possible. I can't think of anything else. Hoping that nothing is broken off the track. Zoltan
