Don,

I have AT&T cell service (Yes I absolutley hate AT&T but I'm stuck with it - I'm on my son's family plan and it was his choice) and an A&T Samsung phone with all the whistles and bells. In the side of it is a usb port. For photos, I just plug the cable into the port, and the other end into my PC and download, just like a regular digital camera.
