You will have to move the electrical outlet. A surface mount box seems to work fine, without having to reroute wires and so forth. I did away with my city water inlet, as I went to the Eurovan style faucet, which is superior in my opinion. I used a dishwasher quick connect on mine, which allows things like a sprayer, and a direct link to my hot water on demand coleman. Just wish that they made the thing out of metal, as the plastic doesn't hold threads to well. 

Anyway, if you do want to use the city water outlet, I believe a 90° elbow will be required. Karl took the city water outlet out of his years ago, which is why he didn't run into the problem or mention it. FWIW, the DC only model is $100 less.
