It's simple if you have the gear. One of the "hammer wrenches" that Bus Depot sells with about a five-foot bar welded to it works just dandy. And you can calibrate the length vs your weight to make a torque wrench for putting it back on. And the drum is cast iron, so it won't cut all that well.
