Jen, I'm not sure i have the complete answer to your question but here are my thoughts: 1. Check the fuse that runs the washer 2. Can you hear the washer motor going when you pull the lever back? 3. If the resivoir is holding fluid it isn't broken but the little motor in it may have quit. 4. I suppose it's possible you have some plugged lines as well - not sure how to go about checking that.
