Sliding door was starting to give us fits, not closing fully. Upon closer inspection, the door was dropping approx. 1/4" when opening. Setting out to diagnose and correct, I noticed the post on the rear frame was torn loose. Welds on the top and bottom were ripped loose and only held on by the inside edges and vertical weld. Had my local machine shop boys heliarc back together. Por-15'd it and aligned the rear bearing assy. to eliminate the drop and we're ready to go. So give a look see to the post and door action.
