I modified a Westy pop top to fit backwards on the front of my passenger Vanagon when I stretched my Westy. So I'm sure just installing the way it should go on would be pretty easy especially if you have the donor van sitting nearby for a template. I have a couple luggage rack sections and you can have one if you want to pick it up in Northern Ontario. Good luck with the conversion.
