Mike,

I can't give you gradients right now but my wife and I drove our fully laden Westy to Burning Man last year using Highway 80 - both ways comin' and goin'.

The weather was pretty darn warm but she ran fine with the temperature gauge just a little over the LED at most. I can't remember the fan coming on.

I don't think we ever went below around 40mph. Of course we never exceeded 55mph either. And we didn't run the air conditioning. I don't like to push her (the Westy).
