Come on Pete it wasn't a what tire should I use thread. I just wasn't sure how that worked and couldn't trust the mileage I got from that trip to Cheez's place.

For the other responses - Now that I think about it I may have the numbers wrong for the Michelin's. I'll double check when I got out later. They are reinforced and they are on Alloy's.

I greatly appreciate the responses - I am now confident my speedo will read fast and the milage will show high. I suspected that to begin with - I went from 18 MPG to about 24 MPG I knew what was up but needed confirmation.
