I am in Maine, & the official return policy is in Utah, but if I remember correctly, there is a life time warranty on the BZ Shelf other than abuse by the owner, etc. or if not satisfied, return w/in 30 days??? YMMV?

That said, in the instructions, I mention several options such as paper towel racks, wine racks, towel holders, etc. Richard Jones has already done a really nice stainless steel towel bar about 30-36" long on his custom painted to match grey westy interior shelf- I have pics but not here-Richard?

I am now sending out the little plastic sleeves for the U bolts as standard , so you don't scratch the paint on later westy cross bars, & anyone can post their mods to the vanagon wiki site for all to enjoy.

Pax,

Mr. BZ-saw a nice silver/tanish 86 westy today in Farmington, ME- anyone here?
