Hey Loren,

For me that's what I would be using it for - when I am pulling down the Dometic before a trip (and topping of the aux at the same time), since I have never had access to shore power when camping. However, taking note of the last string that things may change or a future owner (God forbid) might have different needs, it might be worth considering something bigger.

Anyone have any horror stories on those that would preclude "hiding" it in that small compartment? Heating, fire danger etc?
