Subject: WTB: automatic transmission core, near FAS in Maine if possible
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hi Volks

I am looking for a good core (auto tranny for a 1991) as mine was damaged during transportation by UPS to FAS in Maine:

http://www.foreignautosupply.com/Welcome_to_FAS.html

My trans is damaged at the mating surface to the engine. It is literaly broken off!

This is 3 out of 3 shipments from them that turned out bad in the past year only. This last one was the cherry on the sunday (as french canadians would say). I did not know that it was UPS for this shipment, as it was dealt between my mechanic and FAS. If I knew, it would NOT been shipped by UPS!

So the best scenario would be someone near FAS in maine that could drop the trans there. Absolutely no problem to pay for your "shipping and handling" I am just trying to have this rebuilt done a soon as possible as I am in vacation for august and...

I can pay by paypal or whatever you accept, vias or master card...

Thanks a lot for your help!!!
