hey that's nothing, i have 20 inchers on my vanagon ! 3 days ? I saw that it appeared they did it at a festival while people watched. Looks like a 30 beer job to me , at least ! ----- Original Message ----- From: Paul Connelly To: Scott Daniel - Turbovans Cc: vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com Sent: Saturday, July 26, 2008 4:55 PM Subject: Re: lowered and "chopped" Vanagon

Hey Scot,

"I wonder if it's narrowed too. or if it's even really a heavily modified vanagon."

Yes it was a 3 day mod from an original T25 according to their website www.justkampers.com - at a festival called "Bug Fest". Some interesting stuff on there too including 17" alloys for vanagons - always though that 16" was our limit.... Ooop's lets not start another wheel and tire thread!

Cheers, Paul.

I'll have to say that's pretty cool, defenitely thinking outside the box........ and not very practical but that's not the point either ! Notice the ladder mounted on the side for the driver to use to climb in. also...........driver in the center ( left to right speaking ) ........very daring , and difficult to build.
