Actually, they corrected the early Westy wiring diagrams in the
latest printing.  2006 IIRC. If you don't tell them the errata, they
for sure will not correct it.  Stan is a good contact.  He will
answer tech questions on the forum and he is a Vanagon owner.  Early
P27 Westy.
