Thomas, Near the end of the thread, mention was made of the 12-volt heating element, which I addressed in my previous reply. However, after sending that reply, I remembered that the original post that started this thread concerned the 120-volt heating element. In September 2006, that element, Part Number 2929491468, was listed as no longer available, which would eliminate the possibility of repairing your Dometic. You may, however, wish to check the current status of that part, though I doubt there has been a change.
