I went to Van-Cafe for mine because of the time it takes to get
things out of the better deal $$ wise on line vendor. The 'no idea
how long it will take to process my order' stopped being acceptable
when I got burned on the shipping of one order.
(My opinion about the shipping, after several e-mails I understand
what happened but if the web site had told me it was going to cost
1/3 the order price to have it shipped I would not have done it in
the first place. I have taken my business elsewhere and I honestly
figure the owner of the on-line place really doesn't give a damn) <shrug>
