I have pulled a few. The best way seems to be to remove the dash and pull everything down and out through the main grommets in the driver's side headlight area. Then undo the tail light end and work it all forward to the radiator area. The dash section of the harness wires are clean and nice so you don't want to get them filthy by pulling them under the van. The general question is not entirely valid since there are several harnesses that are distinct pieces and big variations over the different years. Mark
