dear all vanagons in tow is it really such a big deal to higher a tow truck they will do it professionally and assume all the risk or have we already forgotten jim arnotts experience which cost him his van ... self towing by persons with no experience is... not sensible ... not safe ... If you are scrapping rthe van ... then remove the transmission first before the tow toss it into the cabin ... but if you are really so unsure of how to respond to calamities that may arise call the pros ... spend the hundred bucks ... yours
