I have driven many miles on my 86 Syncro with the center driveshaft removed. The only differences noted were a little less cornering grip (2wd compared to 4wd) and possibly a smidge better gas mileage. No ill effects of any sort were observed. Budd Premack Land of Sky-Blue Waters 91 GL |
