Brian, Do you live in a humid, hot area? I had this happen last summer on a seven hour drive with two kids in the back. It was the result, apparently, of the hot air seals being deteriorated in the front. Fixing the seals fixed the problem. You may have hot air coming in somewhere that's supplying the system with more water than it can handle. There is a drain under the evaporator that can also plug with trash. After ten years of having nothing to flush it out, it would be safe to assume that it needs a look as well.
