dear travelers
it has been suggested crater of diamonds is out of the way
is there really a place that is out of the way when commencing a cross
country trip in a vanagon /westie
west in the usa has many meanings
unlike in canada where a trip west means one f two things
1. you are going to travel from one side of the country to the other on
highway 1 and miss at least 3 provinces
2. you are going to travel from one side of the country to the other-on
secondary roads- meet lots of indians and mostly avoid mcdonalds
2a by choosing to travel through reservations you are opting to move at a
very slow pace
when traveling the usa ... destination is reached by avoidance of major
highways
or complete emergence with them which includes bypass routes around cities
we prefer to move south to west and south to east ... in a combination of
highway designation
happy trails
yours

There are two kinds of jobs in the world:
Picking up garbage and telling people things.
Successful people do both, with the same good attitude. (riw)
