sounds like a handy anti-theft device to me if you work it right !
like e-brake has to barely be on for engine to run, etc. - lol.
my gernal strategy is to undo things and 'back up' until the weirdness is
gone......
the proceed forward again carefully.
A dodgey ground somewhere can sure cause weirdness like this.
