Neil, the locations for the various Westy holes in the floor are marked on all Vanagons. If you look closely at the bare floor metal you can see a small dimple marking the center of each hole.

I use hole saws sized for each function. These should be fitted with a centering bit and you just start the centering bit in the dimple and go down through the floor.

In any case once you get the cabinets just set into place you can mark the holes and look for the dimples. Then remove the cabinet and drill.
