I have towed a Westy from Columbia Ca to San Jose with a 92 Toyota PU. About 125 miles.

Never again. It was dicey going down those mountains and hills.

Of course when I moved in with my GF, I used her Dodge 1500 to tow it about 7 miles. I forgot to release the parking brake and boy were those hubs hot! The Dodge didn't notice it at all.
