cool ! now who's ever heard the term 'striking wrench.' ? it's on that site. A wrench specifically designed to be hit with a hammer. never heard the term. I have one for Vanagno rear axle nuts though.

now you want me to buy a brass crscent wrench all the way from France ! ? I have a few very, very exotic and elegant vice-grips type tools from france. expensive too. for funnesie's , how 'bout if you price out the 10 or 12 inch French made brass crescent wrench, and translate it from Euro's to US dollars and tell me how much one is.

and then we'll do a group purchase and get a bitter unit cost deal............ but I have yet to hear of an Westy owner blowing themselves up from not using brass wrenches on their westy propane systems ! smiles, scott thanks for the site. I thought you might google 'brass crescent wrench ' for me ! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Roger Whittaker" <rogerwhitt1@GMAIL.COM> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Monday, August 04, 2008 1:25 AM Subject: brass crescent wrench society this time with the link intact :)
