Subject: Van Cafe - How'd they do that?

The Van Café rocks, pure and simple.

I called to place an order and Chris answers the phone.

After explaining why I called, I gave Chris the part numbers and quantities. He immediately confirmed the availability of each item.

He already has my shipping and credit card info on file but he confirms this none the less. (Good thing because I’ve recently moved.)

He tells me the shipping cost and asks if Priority Mail delivery in two or three days would be OK?

“Thank you, this will go out today.”

This all takes less than 5 minutes and 2 minutes after I hang up I see have an order confirmation in my inbox.

In the time it took for me to two finger type this I received a Priority Mail shipping confirmation from them.

Thanks Chris and the Van Cafe. It doesn’t get any easier than this.

Andrew
