Keep the tires pumped up to the trailer mfr's spec, and spend the three days putting shocks on the thing if you care enough. But the most effective thing may be to put a decent load in the trailer, because they're terrifically oversprung when empty. My little trailer (empty weight about a third of rated *payload*) spends a lot of time in the air when it's empty. Calms right down with a proper load.
