I was conservative and did nothing that could not be reversed to put the Dometic back in.

So I made a cabinet face exactly like the frame of the Dometic. That means the flange on the left to fit into the groove and the flange on the right that laps the right-hand cabinet. Then when I decided to put the drawer at the bottom, I cut it to make the minimum flange around the fridge. The rest was the drawer front.

All this was 3/4" birch plywood. All painted with my Westy match paint (posts a few days ago.) The drawer sides and back are the same birch ply.

I could remove the Invitrio, put the latch back on the door, and reinstall the Dometic tomorrow--but I won't.

Richard

PS: anybody in the Denver area want 3/4" birch ply? I have enough for 4-5 Invitrio installs, or a bookcase, or.... Left over from a remodel project and I need to move it out. Guess I could go into competition with Tom and his BZ shelf, even offering a Westy painted version.... ;-)
