Those in Portland just knock a hole in the bottom with a claw hammer, to drain the fuel. When I asked the clerk if she could get the mechy's to NOT do so on one so I could buy it she just looked down at her cash register for a button marked for that option!

I just stood there shaking my head. When will U Pull It go Green!!!!
