right on. I got a good floor jack from them, you can't beat their hardwood furniture dollies when they have them for fourteen bucks or so just for moving engines and stuff around. But I don't like to use their mechanics tools except for an emergency set in the car. You can buy their small pick set, but the metal is untempered and they will straighten right out on you. They have a great magnetic lamp with an aluminum reflector and adjustable frame, the trouble is that the switch is pure crap. It's one of those things I want to work so badly that I've bought three. I know I will end up throwing this one away, but they are the best trouble lamp for working on a vanagon. Wish I could buy a good one somewhere! Nothing HF sells is exemplary or even very good. But some of it will get you by OK and can be a good value. You just have to know what not to get. I would never have bought one of their big drill sets, with all the fractional and letter size drills, hundreds of drills. But my dad did, and they passed on to me, and I'll have to say those drills really cut and I'm picky about that kind of stuff. The dial indicator and stand I've been using for 20 years came from them when they were a mail order outfit. Works fine.
