As far as some of the bracketry is concerned, i learned today that it's not
necessarily an exact science...
I installed my rear cabinet into my '85 and really just eye-balled and rough
measured the spots for the 3 brakets, and then just hit them with a punch
and drilled to my heart's content. The screws can move around a bit in the
holes, and the brackets will be "pulled in" to the cabinet at least a bit.
As far as the floor holes for the drains and propane go, i made a template
from the Westy and it has, thus far proven to be a real bear. It's almost
impossible to get the exact location, as your reference points are "the edge
of this ridge" (The floor ridges), but since they are indefiably
rounded.....it makes things tricky. I did start drilling one hole that i'm
sure is a bit off, but i will file out as need be (no-one sees them
anyway!). Now the holes in the side panels......
That's a measure 12 times cut once kind of deal.
