I was going to try but could not put-together a proper way to hold the saw steady. I was thinking it should possible if used on a drill press vs. a handheld drill. Either that or make a jig which bolts onto the wheel similar to those "portable drillpress" kits designed for hand- held drills. I don't know how precise the resulting centerbore would be though.
