I looked at Hakka CS and, although they're definitely still around, was told by Ryan at tiresbyweb.com that they are being discontinued for the WR C Van series. I believe the WR C Van offers a 185R14 (no 195/74R14) as well as 205/65R14.

Yes, I responded before I realized you were talking about 15" &
Michelin/Costco no longer has suitable tires for us guys w/ small 14"
wheels.
