well, that's the short terse answer.

The two version vans use the very same hole location in the firewall for where the wires come though. and ..........just flip it , or move it however you can so it fits under the rear seat. I often cut a small piece out of the wooden 'end piece' so it'll clear the wires better........ like with a saber saw I cut out a curved one inch by 3 inch section...........so it'll clear the wires there better.
