thanks for posting that link covering characteristics of a sociapath.
What I've always noticed about people that string you along.......
and keep making promises that are never kept........
is that they actually *get off* on doing that to people.
Like it's a thrill for them.
Not like normal people would be - like feeling bad about an agrement they
failed to keep - the total oppositee, they LIKE it !
Just spot 'em early...........and run the other way, fast !!
