It has a clamp for mounting or two strong magnetic feet. The lamp is
attached to the base with by a 24 inch goose neck . It has about ten,
super-bright LEDs. Reduced under $10.

I stuck mine to the passenger side B pillar since opening the back door of
the crewcab does not turn on the courtesy light. It's always a pain to
find anything under the rear bench, at night while camping.
