Hi Don,

Actually, that reminded me of something... It is a fact that roofers around here are actually still getting the same rate for a 100 sqft section that they were 25 years ago.

The difference is that today they are using shingle hoists and pneumatic nailers, so they are covering a lot more square footage for the same amount of effort.

As I said before, YMMV.
