dear brendan
actually towing with a rope or chain in oregon is LEGAL
yep ... that is a discussion that raged here several months ago
and i was so dumb struck i went and looked it up
i searched all available information on the oregon DMV site -
the rules are not against it -
glad to hear the tow went with out incident -
(get your self AAA) (with Premium )
and never worry again about tow jobs -
