How do you advertise products that are meant to improve the Vanagon/Westfalia experience without alienating your audience? I think there's fine art in promoting a product without denigrating the status quo. Our feelings, as avid Vanagon/Westfalia consumers, are after all tender and some subjects, such as engine conversions, are approached with reverence bordering on religious dedication. I think it's easy enough to point out certain vendors and list members, for that matter, who think little of trampling on our VW altars. So, as a vendor, how would you approach this delicate issue and keep our business?
