It is sold on price, and for some people, and some purposes, cheap crap makes more sense than more expensive quality products. China is in the position Japan was, post WWII. At the time, "Japanese" brought visions of cheap tin toys. That changed during the '60's, with transistor radios and motorcycles. China will get better, too.
