Subject: Idle Relay - Idle Valve match?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi Volks,

Much as I have tried to resolve it, I still have an issue with my idle floating when the AC is on and when the engine gets warmed up.

When the engine is cold the idel bumps up a 150 rpm or so as it should, but once th engine warms up, it starts to float. By the time the engine is at full running temp, the it wants to float around 2000 rpm but not steady.

This begs the question, as there were different series' of relays and valves and ECUs: Are there certain sets that were designed to go together?

Kim
