The headlight mounts/adjusters are available from most of the online vendors. Although others have talked about removal an reuse of these things they get very, very fragile with age. When I was replacing headlights on my '90 I found no way to remove the old adjusters without destroying them and used a full set of new ones for the install. So I doubt that you will find a used set.
