FWIW all, I've been using 2 of the high density memory foams. Really nice addition. But....

Mr. Buese.

"self inflating/deflating" ?

How's that work? --- :^)

I'm interested in ditching the extra Westy foam I now carry. My engine conversion created a "lump". The extra piece evens things out. Not the best.

I know one of Dave Marshalls rigs has a similar conversion. IIRC, he said he uses an inflatable mattress. I figure maybe 1 HD foam and a couple of those thermarest things might be ok?

(I won't get into trunk weights)

Thanks!

Neil.
