Simple Green or Oileater or Dishwashing liquid. Then wash out with a garden hose and dry outside. Handbruch with soft bristles work fine. BTDT many times. You'll need a warm day and several hours of dry. Dry overnight when possible.

I can show you how do to it if you don't mind driving home with a garbage bag under your tushie. This would be an early morning project with you buying lunch while we wait for it drip dry.=)
