The key to your success is the Sunday/Monday/Tues. camping dates. The beautiful areas around Salt Lake & Utah Valleys are crowded in the summers, (by Utah standards, not CA standards) but you can drive into almost all camp areas on a Saturday evening at 6-7 pm & get a spot, as many of the campers leave by then to be home in time for church on Sundays! Sun/Mon/Tues should be great time to be alone in the Uintas!

YMMV,
