Just did this last weekend. What I found was in the largest in a grommet assortment (about a dozen various-size for a couple of bucks) at Advance Auto. I also looked at various PCV valve grommets at the same store but the entire assortment was cheaper than one PCV. The firewall hole is about 7/8" so the grommet has to fit that snugly and have a hole large enough to pass the fuel line.
