for the rear - 19 mm or 3/4 inch, half inch drive socket. for the fronts - on the lower bolt - actually need two 22mm sockets, half inch drive. for the top.......... 17 mm open end wrench, and small crescent to hold the top of the shock. and some decent jacking system.
